St. Vincent and the Grenadines are often referred to as the Spice Islands. They are located in the mountainous island chain between St. Vincent and Grenada. You will be captivated by the natural beauty and splendor of these islands, as many of the islands are wonderful to explore with lush forests and cascading waterfalls. You will also be amazed when at times you sailing thirty yards from shore and are in three hundred feet of water! The sailing is brisker, and the swells larger than in the BVI´s, and the current is stronger for snorkeling or swimming.
Your charter typically begins at Young Island Cut, and it's recommended to fly in the night before your charter as most flights get in late afternoon or evening, and flying in the night before allows you to be well rested for your charter, and not miss half a day on the boat.
Day 1)
Meet you yacht at Young Island Cut or Blue Lagoon and set sail to Admiralty Bay in Bequia, where you will be greeted by "boat boys" selling fruit, trinkets or fish, or simply signing songs and playing their homemade instruments. After lunch it is time to decide if you want to make a quick shore stop and visit the whaling museum. Taxis can be found right by the dinghy dock.
Day 2)
After breakfast and a refreshing swim, sail around the Western end of Bequia past the amazing houses built into the rocks. Stop at Petite Nevis for some great snorkelling before sailing to Mustique to settle for the night. Swing by Basil's bar for a cocktail and perhaps run into a celebrity!

Day 3)
Rent a jeep and spend the morning to explore Mustique by car, driving by the houses of the rich and famous such as Mick Jagger, Princess Margaret and David Bowie. After lunch, the Tobago Cays await you! Clear calm blue water, shallow live coral reefs and small islands with white beaches make the Cays an experience second to none. It is easy to spend two days here, instead of just one.
Day 4)
If you are ready to leave the Cays, take a short hop to Union Island and explore the islands gorgeous beaches and hiking trails. Enjoy a cocktail at West Indies Restaurant which has a beautiful view of Clifton Harbour where your yacht will be anchored.
Day 5)
Take a short hop to Palm island, a private island fringed with palm trees and and have a swim. Move on to Mopion, a small spit of white sand, possibly the smallest " island" you will ever be on, and continue to St Vincent, another private island, with a calm anchorage and great snorkelling.
Day 6:
Sail to Mayreau Island, which tucked away on its western side, has a unique slender spit of land dividing the rugged windward side from the calms of the leeward. On the Leeward side is a stunningly gorgeous long white beach with a stone beach bar - you are now in Salt Whistle Bay. Venture over the top of the island to visit the little fishing village with its old Chapel and school.
Day 7:
Head back up to Canouan Island, and anchor in one of its bays, perhaps close to the Tamarind Club. Canouan offers golf courses and spas, a perfect last treat!
Day 8- Departure Day
After breakfast, it's time to sail back to St Vincent and end your wonderful adventure. But it's also the perfect time to plan your next sailing trip, so don't be too sad!
